NUST's Centre of Interdisciplinary Studies in Islamabad is recruiting an Assistant Director for Administration and Coordination to assist the Associate Dean and Heads of Department at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. Responsibilities include developing conflict-free timetables for interdisciplinary courses, liaising with examinations and school coordinators for cross-school enrolment and credit transfers, matching students with supervisors across schools, maintaining records of theses and faculty supervisions, preparing official reports and correspondence, and coordinating seminars, workshops and academic events.

Candidates must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university; retired Armed Forces personnel of Major rank or equivalent are also eligible to apply. Five years of relevant experience from a reputed organization is required, with 7 years considered desirable. The eligible age range is 25 to 45 years.
