AML Analyst

About This Job

First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring an AML Analyst within its Compliance Division at Head Office, Karachi (Grade OG-II/OG-I). The role is responsible for implementation of Prudential Regulations and KYC policy, and for reviewing and updating AML monitoring processes and solutions.

Key responsibilities include updating customer records across all region branches per CDD/KYC policy; monitoring and maintaining Asaan accounts; reviewing TMS-MIS reports on a monthly/fortnightly basis; maintaining records as per SBP circulars for foreign currency branches; reviewing KYC/due diligence for customer accounts; ensuring monitoring compliance with AML/CFT regulations and SBP circulars; following up on identified deficiencies in customer records; reviewing money-laundering alerts and suspicious transactions; and maintaining proper record-keeping of data collected and analyzed.

Candidates should be at least a graduate with 2-3 years of branch banking experience, preferably including 1 or more years of compliance experience, along with sound knowledge of banking operations and prudential/regulatory requirements.
