Assistant Administrative Officer (NUST Medical Centre)

About This Job

NUST Medical Centre, part of the University Main Office at NUST's H-12 campus in Islamabad, is recruiting an Assistant Administrative Officer to provide administrative support for the smooth and efficient functioning of the Medical Centre. The role covers coordinating administrative operations to support uninterrupted healthcare services, maintaining accurate administrative records and correspondence, supporting planning and implementation of operational activities, handling administrative complaints and service queries, maintaining inventory and leave records, and monitoring compliance with NUST policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute; a Diploma in Male Nursing or Medical Assistant will be given preference. On the experience side, 2-5 years of relevant experience is required, and retired Subedar Majors or equivalent rank from the Air Force or Navy are also encouraged to apply. Prior experience as a Ward Master in a tertiary care hospital is considered a desirable advantage. The eligible age bracket is 20 to 45 years.
