Labour & Manpower Department under BPSC is looking to fill 1 Senior Instructor (Ship Making/Breaking) post on a permanent basis. This recruitment is open to male candidates across Balochistan, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.

Falling under BPS-16, the post offers a compensation package in line with government pay scales for permanent appointments. The exact salary and benefits will be determined as per the rules and regulations applicable to permanent positions at this grade.

The posting will be at Directorate of Manpower Training Balochistan. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Labour & Manpower Department within Balochistan or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

A balochistan domicile is mandatory for this position. Candidates must possess a valid domicile certificate issued by the appropriate authority, and this will be verified during the selection process.

The prescribed age limit is 21-30 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Age note: Upper age relaxation up to 43 years for fresh candidates of Province and govt servants

To be eligible, candidates must hold Diploma in relevant field from a Government Polytechnic Institute / College of Technology; OR Matric with trade proficiency certificate in the relevant trade from a Government Technical Training Centre or a recognized institute from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

Experience requirement: 3 years work experience in Vocational Training (for Diploma holders); OR 8 years experience in the relevant trade (for Matric + trade certificate holders). Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

Syllabus for the written test: MCQs test in the relevant subject Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly according to the prescribed syllabus.

A MCQs will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
