About This Job

First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL), Pakistan's only bank dedicated to women's economic empowerment, is hiring a Branch Operations Supervisor within its Business Division. The role is responsible for handling all branch operations activities on a daily basis to ensure seamless execution of tasks and full regulatory compliance.

Key duties include effective monitoring of cash management, security stationery, safe custody lockers, and ATM operations within assigned limits and authorities; handling customer queries and complaints efficiently; maintaining strong customer relationships in support of the business team; ensuring internal and external controls are not compromised during routine transactions; daily review of branch GL control heads for balancing; and timely submission of reports required by the line manager, Regional Office, or Head Office.

Candidates should be a graduate, preferably B.Com, or hold a postgraduate degree preferably M.Com/MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years of branch banking operations experience with a reputable bank.
