First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring a Centralized Cash Processing Officer, reporting to the Branch Operations Manager/Branch Manager. The role manages centralized cash processing activities including cash receipt, verification, sorting, balancing, packaging, vault management, ATM cash preparation, and reconciliation, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include receiving, verifying, counting, and processing cash from branches and cash collection teams; performing cash balancing and reconciling daily transactions; preparing cash for branch distribution, ATM replenishment, and cash-in-transit operations; detecting counterfeit currency; ensuring proper sorting and packaging per central bank guidelines; monitoring vault cash levels; coordinating with cash-in-transit service providers; ensuring AML/KYC and operational risk compliance; and investigating cash shortages or discrepancies.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field, with 3-5 years of banking operations or cash management experience; professional banking certifications are an advantage.
