About This Job

The National IT Board (NITB), Government of Pakistan, has advertised the post of Director Human Resources & Administration through the National Job Portal (NJP) to lead HR strategy, organizational development and administrative services for the organization. This is a Grade NITS-3 contract position with one vacancy at NITB headquarters in Islamabad, forming part of a larger batch of director-level positions NITB is currently filling.

Eligible candidates must have a minimum of sixteen years of education in Business Administration, HR Management, Public Administration, Management Sciences or a related field, with professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD or CHRP considered an advantage. Candidates must also have 10 to 12 years of relevant HR and administration experience, including at least 3 to 4 years in a senior role, with prior experience in a multinational IT or Telecom organization and knowledge of procurement or contract administration preferred. The prescribed age bracket for this post is 35 to 55 years, and the role includes supervising Joint Directors and reporting to the Director General, covering HR strategy, organizational development, administrative services and policy implementation.
