First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) is hiring a Manager Digital Transformations for its Digital Banking division at Head Office, Karachi, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, to drive the strategic changes needed to modernize the bank's customer experience and operations. First Women Bank Limited was established under a special mandate to advance the economic and financial inclusion of women across Pakistan, and operates today as a State Bank of Pakistan-regulated scheduled commercial bank with a nationwide branch network. The role is responsible for defining and executing FWBL's digital vision and multi-year transformation roadmap, integrating emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing and digital payments, and leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital initiatives including mobile and internet banking platforms, payment gateways and automation programs using Agile and hybrid delivery models. The manager will work closely with IT, business units, operations, compliance and risk teams to manage delivery risk and ensure regulatory adherence around KYC, AML and data privacy, while identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and digitization that improve efficiency and the end-to-end customer journey. The role also covers managing internal digital teams and external technology partners, leading change-management and adoption initiatives, and tracking digital KPIs and return on digital investment. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the manager is expected to represent the digital-transformation agenda at senior forums and to translate FWBL's broader digital vision into concrete, delivery-ready initiatives across the bank.

FWBL is looking for a candidate with at least a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and eight to ten years of relevant experience spanning digital strategy, program leadership and stakeholder management in a banking or financial-services context. Strong leadership and project-management capability, ideally with Agile or PMP grounding, along with solid business acumen and proficiency in standard office tools, is expected given the cross-functional and executive-facing nature of this role.
