BPSC is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 43 vacant E.N.T Specialist posts within Health Department. The appointment will be made on a permanent basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The position is classified under the BPS-18 pay scale, and the appointment terms including salary, allowances, and service conditions will be governed by the applicable rules of BPSC. Selected candidates can expect standard government benefits applicable to permanent posts at this grade level.

Duty station: Various Districts — Merit:01, Kalat Zone:09, Zhob:06, Nasirabad:05, Mekran:04, Quetta Zone:07, Sibi:04, Quetta City:02. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Balochistan as operational needs arise.

The posts have been distributed as follows: 2 women quota, 2 minority quota, 1 disabled persons quota. Candidates applying under reserved quotas must provide supporting documentation at the time of application or during the interview stage to validate their eligibility under the relevant category.

Applicants must hold a valid balochistan domicile. Only candidates who can furnish a properly issued domicile certificate from the relevant district or authority will be considered eligible for this position.

Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Applicants must possess at least MBBS recognized/registered by PMC; AND FCPS/MS/M.D/M.Phil. in ENT in specialty recognized/registered by PMC; OR Minor postgraduate qualification (MCPS etc.) in ENT specialty recognized/registered by PMC with at least 3 years practical experience in the specialty from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Applicants are required to have 3 years practical experience in ENT specialty required for candidates with minor postgraduate qualification only. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.

Syllabus for the written test: MCQs test in the relevant specialty Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly according to the prescribed syllabus.

A MCQs will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

An application processing fee of Rs. 1200 (non-refundable) is required. The fee must be deposited through the prescribed mode of payment.
