About This Job

Information Technology University (ITU), Punjab is hiring a Research Assistant on contract for an HEC National Research Program-funded project on AI-driven digital device cybersecurity audit and trust assessment, focused on Large Language Models.

Candidates need a BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security or Data Science from an HEC-recognized institution, with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, NLP, Transformer models, Python and HuggingFace/PyTorch/TensorFlow.
