Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1 vacant Individual Consultant (Advisory) — Centre of Excellence for Autism post within Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The posting will be at Room No. 227, D-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-65 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

To be eligible, candidates must hold PhD in Architecture, Education, Social Sciences, Environmental Design or an allied discipline with a research focus on Autism, Special Education, or Inclusive Education, and a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience; OR Master's degree (18 years of education) in Architecture, Education, Social Sciences, Environmental Design or an allied discipline with specialization/demonstrable expertise in Autism, Special Education or Inclusive Education, and a minimum of 20 years of relevant professional experience. from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

Experience requirement: Minimum 15 years (PhD) or 20 years (Master's) of relevant professional experience as specified in qualification.. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

The initial contract period for this position is Project-based consultancy per PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. Extension of the contract beyond the initial term will depend on performance, availability of funds, and operational requirements of the department.
