A fresh job notification from Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - PIU-Ignite, Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) covers 1 Civic Innovation Technology Lab Specialist position on a contractual basis. Duty station: 8 National Incubation Centre locations across divisions, Pakistan. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Islamabad as operational needs arise.

The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Educational requirement: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's or Master's) from HEC-recognized or internationally reputable university in Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Public Policy, or related field. Candidates are expected to have completed this qualification from a recognized institution. Original documents and attested copies will be required at the time of the interview.

Applicants are required to have Minimum 8 years of post-qualification professional experience in incubator/accelerator management, technology innovation labs, startup ecosystem development, or civic technology programme management. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.

Contract duration 21 months; World Bank-assisted project
