About This Job

MOITT is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1 vacant Digital Public Infrastructure and Interoperability Lead post within Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP). The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The posting will be at Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field from HEC-recognized institution; Master's degree preferred. Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Experience requirement: Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience in digital government, enterprise architecture, technical interoperability, digital platform integration, API ecosystem development, or large-scale national ICT initiatives. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
