The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: Master's degree or equivalent (18 years education minimum) from HEC-recognized or internationally reputable institution in Innovation Management, Public Policy, Business Administration, Technology Management, Development Studies, or related field. Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Experience requirement: Minimum 10 years post-qualification professional experience in innovation ecosystem development, civic technology, digital government, or development programme management; minimum 7 years leadership in large multi-stakeholder donor-funded programmes. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

Contract duration 21 months; World Bank/multilateral donor project experience required
