About This Job

Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) under MOITT is looking to fill 1 Senior Specialist (Digital Program Integration and Commercial Coordination) post on a contractual basis. This recruitment is open to both male and female candidates across Islamabad, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.

The posting will be at Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MOITT) - Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: Bachelor's or Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Experience requirement: Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in digital/IT program implementation, large-scale IT operations, or public/donor-funded projects; at least 3 years on World Bank or other IFI-financed projects. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

World Bank-assisted DEEP project; remuneration per World Bank guidelines
