About This Job

Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives under MoPDSI is looking to fill 1 Unit Head/Team Lead MTU (PPS-12) post on a contractual basis. The position is classified under the BPS-12 pay scale, and the appointment terms including salary, allowances, and service conditions will be governed by the applicable rules of MoPDSI. Selected candidates can expect standard government benefits applicable to contractual posts at this grade level.

The posting will be at Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-58 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Finance, Public Health, or related field with strong written communication in English and expertise in results-based management and deliverology models. Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Experience requirement: Minimum 12 years total; at least 5-7 years in development planning at senior level. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
