The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (M/o RA & IH), Government of Pakistan, has invited applications from serving government Paramedics for the Hajj Medical Mission 2027, under notification No. F.3(1)/2027-PW, to provide medical support to pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the Hajj Operation. The hiring is being carried out through the Open Testing Service (OTS) against the prescribed Federal, Provincial and Regional FPSC quota, and the ministry has clarified that the final number of positions may be increased, decreased, or cancelled depending on the actual requirement, the Hajj quota, and directions from Saudi Taleemat authorities.
Only Regular Government Servants already working as Paramedics in Federal, Provincial, Gilgit-Baltistan, or Azad Jammu & Kashmir government health departments and hospitals, up to BPS-18, are eligible to apply; this is a deputation-style assignment and is not open to private-sector paramedical staff. Selection will be made through a written test conducted by OTS, following the approved eligibility criteria, quota distribution and selection mechanism, with full details of eligibility, syllabus, and test requirements available on the official websites of the Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (www.mora.gov.pk) and OTS (www.ots.org.pk).
Eligible candidates should apply online through the OTS applicant portal and pay the application fee through mobile banking bill payment using their PSID, then upload scanned attested copies of the required documents, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience letters, proof of permanent government service, last salary slip, medical fitness certificate, service NOC, surety bond, and biodata form. The last date for submission of the online application is 27 August 2026, and applicants are encouraged to regularly check the OTS website and applicant portal for updates regarding roll number slips, the written test schedule, and results; incomplete or hand-submitted applications will not be entertained, and OTS bears no responsibility for late receipt of documents sent through courier or postal service.
