NICVD is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1 vacant Professor (Anaesthesia) post within National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD). The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The place of posting for this position is NICVD Karachi. Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) as assigned by the competent authority. Transfer and posting decisions rest solely with the department.

A Sindh domicile is mandatory for this position. Candidates must possess a valid domicile certificate issued by the appropriate authority, and this will be verified during the selection process.

The age limit for this position is 18 to 50 years, calculated as on the closing date of applications. Age relaxation, if any, will be granted in accordance with the applicable government rules and notifications.

Applicants must possess at least As per PM&DC rules. Must have qualified Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia with relevant experience and publication. from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Applicants are required to have As per PM&DC / ad requirements for Professor (Anaesthesia).. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.

In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by NICVD, and candidates must bring all original documents.
