National Testing Service - Pakistan under NTS is looking to fill 1 Assistant Director Procurement post on a permanent basis. This recruitment is open to both male and female candidates across Islamabad, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.

The place of posting for this position is Islamabad. Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of National Testing Service - Pakistan as assigned by the competent authority. Transfer and posting decisions rest solely with the department.

Eligibility is restricted to candidates with a all federal domicile. The domicile certificate must be issued by the competent authority and should be presented at the time of application or interview as required by NTS.

The age limit for this position is 18 to 35 years, calculated as on the closing date of applications. Age relaxation, if any, will be granted in accordance with the applicable government rules and notifications.

To be eligible, candidates must hold 16-year degree or equivalent from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; well conversant with PPRA / E-Pads mode of procurement; proficient in supplier management, vendor sourcing, inventory management, cost analysis, risk assessment, contract administration and bidding / tendering. Institutional membership related to procurement and certifications shall be preferred. from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

A minimum of At least 2 years experience to deal with procurement processes compatible with NTS operations. is required. Candidates should provide verifiable proof of their work experience, such as experience certificates, employment letters, or office orders.

In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by NTS, and candidates must bring all original documents.
