National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Relationship Manager - Commercial (OG-I) for its Aitemaad Islamic Banking business, based in Lahore and reporting to the Wing Head – SME, Commercial & Agriculture - North. The role sits within NBP's SME and Commercial Assets portfolio and is built around expanding and managing a book of commercial banking relationships in line with Islamic banking principles — a good fit for candidates who want exposure to both conventional relationship management and a growing Shariah-compliant banking franchise at one of the country's largest banks.

Applicants need a minimum graduation or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Commerce from a HEC-recognized local or international institution, with a Master's degree and/or Islamic banking certification or NIBAF diploma/degree considered a plus. On experience, NBP wants at least 4 years in banking as a Relationship Manager, Relationship Associate, Relationship Officer, or Credit Officer within Corporate, Commercial, or SME asset segments, and candidates comfortable reading balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements will have an edge. Day to day, the role covers originating new customers, preparing credit proposals, monitoring the health of the existing portfolio for early-warning signs, and coordinating with Shariah Compliance and internal/external auditors to keep the book clean and compliant.

This is a contractual position for three years, renewable at the bank's discretion, with a compensation package per NBP's own policy. Qualification Required
