About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan's Corporate & Investment Banking group is hiring Relationship Managers - Corporate Banking (OG-II/OG-I) across four major cities — Faisalabad, Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore — reporting to the respective Unit Head – Corporate Banking. The role is about building and running the bank's corporate client book: identifying and onboarding new corporate clients within NBP's risk appetite, managing relationships end-to-end from pitch and facility structuring through disbursement and ongoing servicing, and cross-selling trade finance, cash management, and treasury/FX products alongside the core lending relationship.

To be considered, candidates need a minimum graduation in Business Studies, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or an equivalent relevant field from a HEC-recognized institution; a Master's degree or professional qualifications such as CA, ICMA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or FRM are viewed favorably. Experience-wise, NBP is looking for a minimum of 2 years in the banking industry with at least 1 year specifically in corporate credit or corporate lending — a relatively accessible bar for early-career banking professionals aiming to move into corporate relationship management. Strong financial write-up and analysis skills, comfort preparing credit memos, and a sound understanding of SBP's Commercial/Corporate Borrower regulations round out what the bank is looking for.

The position is offered on a three-year contractual basis, renewable at management's discretion, with a compensation package as per NBP policy. Eligible applicants who clear the basic criteria will be called for a test and/or panel interview (no TA/DA payable). Interested candidates should apply online via Sidat Hyder, NBP's official recruiting partner for this batch, specifying their preferred city, before the 17 July 2026 closing date.
