About This Job

National Bank of Pakistan's Aitemaad Islamic Banking arm is hiring Relationship Managers (OG-II) across nine cities — Faisalabad, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Tulamba — each reporting to their respective Branch Manager. It is a sales-driven, branch-level role focused on account opening, deposit generation and retention, consumer financing (mortgage/auto), and reactivating dormant accounts, making it well suited to candidates who enjoy customer-facing targets over back-office work.

The eligibility bar is modest: a minimum graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international institution, with a Commerce degree or Islamic banking qualification/diploma preferred, plus at least 2 years of banking experience of which 6 months should be in sales. NBP is also looking for people skills, solid knowledge of Islamic banking products and banking regulations, and the discipline to complete mandatory/regulatory account-opening requirements and keep audit observations addressed — this is as much a compliance-aware sales role as a pure numbers job.

Selected candidates will be engaged on a three-year contractual basis, renewable at the bank's discretion, with compensation per NBP's policy. Shortlisting is based strictly on the eligibility criteria, with a test and/or panel interview to follow (no TA/DA payable). Qualification Required
