National Bank of Pakistan has announced a recruitment drive for 1 Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II) post on a contractual basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of NBP.

The posting will be at Karachi, Hyderabad, Badin, Thatta, Qambar Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, Mirpur Khas, Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), Tharparkar, Khairpur Mirs, Sukkur, Naushehro Feroze, Ghotki. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under National Bank of Pakistan within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-45 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Applicants must possess at least Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

Experience requirement: Minimum 02 years of sales experience in financial institutions. Candidates with banking sales experience in deposit mobilization will be given preference.. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by NBP, and candidates must bring all original documents.
