Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination has announced a recruitment drive for 1 Procurement Management Specialist post on a contractual basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of NHSRC.

The position is classified under the PPS-8 pay scale, and the appointment terms including salary, allowances, and service conditions will be governed by the applicable rules of NHSRC. Selected candidates can expect standard government benefits applicable to contractual posts at this grade level.

The posting will be at Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

To be eligible, candidates must hold Master's degree or equivalent (16 years education) in Social Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

Experience requirement: 12+ years of documented verifiable experience in procurement of goods, works, and consulting services. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
