Senior Registrar (Anaesthesia)

NICVD is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 1 vacant Senior Registrar (Anaesthesia) post within National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD). The appointment will be made on a contractual basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

Duty station: NICVD Karachi. Selected candidates will be required to report to this location, although the department reserves the right to transfer or reassign personnel to other locations within Sindh as operational needs arise.

Applicants must hold a valid Sindh domicile. Only candidates who can furnish a properly issued domicile certificate from the relevant district or authority will be considered eligible for this position.

Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Age note: Age as of closing date; general age relaxation per Sindh notification SORI(SGA&CS)5-108/2024.

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is: As per PM&DC rules. Must have completed 02 years Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia.. Candidates must hold the stated qualification from a recognized university or institution at the time of application.

Experience requirement: Fellowship experience as stated in ad.. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

An interview will form part of the final selection stage. Only candidates who clear the written test and any preliminary screening will be invited. Candidates should bring original documents for verification.
