National IT Board (NITB) is hiring a Manager (Finance & Procurement) (PPS-8) on contract for one vacancy in Islamabad to support the financial operations of the Smart Islamabad Initiative's Project Management Unit, recruited through the National Job Portal (NJP). The role covers all project financial operations including budgeting, expenditure tracking and PSDP financial reporting for the initiative.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining accounts, preparing financial statements and reconciling bank accounts, ensuring compliance with PPRA procurement rules and government financial regulations, and liaising with NITB's Finance Division, the Planning Commission and external auditors. The manager must also keep financial records, vouchers and documentation audit-ready at all times.
