Monitoring Officer

About This Job

OTS is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for a Monitoring Officer role within Open Testing Service (OTS). The appointment will be made on a permanent basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

The posting will be at Islamabad. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Open Testing Service (OTS) within Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Applicants must possess at least Strong observation, communication, and independent work ability required; oversees examination activities and monitors compliance with SOPs from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

A Shortlisting will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

Candidates are advised to read the complete advertisement carefully before applying. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview. The decision of OTS in all matters relating to selection, appointment, and posting shall be final.
