Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under PSEB is looking to fill 1 Director Marketing and Branding post on a contractual basis. This recruitment is open to both male and female candidates across Islamabad, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.

The place of posting for this position is Islamabad. Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) as assigned by the competent authority. The age limit for this position is 18 to 56 years, calculated as on the closing date of applications. Age relaxation, if any, will be granted in accordance with the applicable government rules and notifications.

Applicants must possess at least Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, Psychology, IT, or Computer Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution; higher qualifications or professional certifications advantageous from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.

A minimum of Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in marketing, branding, or strategic communications at a senior/progressively responsible level; digital marketing and large-scale campaign experience; team leadership capability; knowledge of analytics platforms and modern marketing tools is required. Candidates should provide verifiable proof of their work experience, such as experience certificates, employment letters, or office orders.
