Job Description

Responsible for installing and maintaining computers, printers, and other related hardware at hospital registration areas, while providing hands-on training to registration staff on the use of HMIS and queue management systems.,The role includes collecting and verifying data for user account creation and system configuration, assisting data entry staff, nurses, and reception teams in day-to-day system usage, and monitoring queue management screens to ensure LED screens, ticket displays, and related devices are functioning properly.,The officer will troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and user-related issues at registration counters, coordinate with the Site Lead to maintain stable network connectivity, and address minor network issues while escalating complex problems when required.,Additionally, the role ensures that all network devices, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points, are properly configured and operational across the hospital, and provides daily reports on patient volumes and system status to the Site Lead.
