- Responsible for leading and coordinating all day-to-day activities of the on-site HMIS implementation team across all hospital departments and shifts.,The role includes assigning daily tasks based on project priorities, monitoring progress through regular coordination with OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Pathology, and Radiology teams, and ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 operational coverage through effective duty scheduling.,The Team Lead will continuously monitor live HMIS modules to ensure system stability, accurate data entry, and adherence to defined clinical workflows and data protocols.,The position also involves handling critical technical and workflow issues escalated by junior staff, coordinating with the Senior Project Manager when required, and supervising the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT and HMIS-related equipment including computers, printers, scanners, UPS, and network devices.,The role requires close coordination with the network system manager to ensure MPLS connectivity and network stability, timely reporting of major hardware or network issues to head office, and follow-up until resolution.,The Team Lead will also oversee training quality, arrange refresher sessions where needed, submit daily performance and issue reports to senior management, work with department heads to resolve delays or resistance to system workflows, coordinate with machine vendors for integrations, and manage all hospital system configurations including user logins, CPTs, IPD and ER wards, and OPD clinics through the super admin panel.
