Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC), Pakistan's first provincial government-owned life insurance company under the Government of Punjab, is hiring a Head of Agency Sales (Life) in Lahore to drive agency sales strategy and lead a field force of at least 3,000 agents, reporting to the Head of Retail Sales.

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree (HEC recognized) — a Master's or relevant professional qualification is a plus — along with at least 15 years of relevant Life insurance experience, including 7 years in a senior role. The maximum age at the time of advertisement is 57 years.
