- Qualification:1st class MS/M.Phil. (18 years) degree from an HEC-recognized university in Project Management with at least 3 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP projects, preferably in the Higher Education sector. OR 1st class Bachelors (16 years) degree from an HEC-recognized university in MBA/BBA/BS with at least 5 years post-qualification experience of handling PSDP projects, preferably in the Higher Education sector.
- Experience:Candidate should have knowledge of PPRA rules, project execution, PEC regulations, Planning Commission procedures, and other government rules/procedures prescribed for implementation of development projects.
