First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL), Pakistan's only bank dedicated to the economic empowerment of women, is hiring a Regional Credits Head for its Business Division at Head Office, Karachi. This senior management role (Grade AVP to VP) oversees the entire credit assessment, risk management, and loan approval process across multiple branches in an assigned region, ensuring high loan portfolio quality and strict compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and Basel regulations.
Key responsibilities include evaluating and approving complex SME, wholesale, and consumer credit applications within delegated authority; monitoring non-performing loan (NPL) trends; overseeing post-disbursement monitoring and collateral management; ensuring timely renewal of credit limits; leading and training a team of credit analysts and officers; and managing audit findings and MIS reporting on portfolio performance.
Candidates should hold a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, with 8-10 years of relevant banking/credit experience, along with strong leadership and MS Office skills.

Qualification Required
- Qualification:Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's, in Business/Finance; strong knowledge of credit risk, SBP prudential regulations, and loan portfolio management.
- Experience:8-10 years of relevant banking/credit management experience
