About This Job

First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring a Regional CAD Manager (Grade AVP) for its Regional Office, Karachi. The role is responsible for the sufficiency, accuracy, and legal enforceability of the bank's entire security/legal documentation, providing back-office support to business including security management, account monitoring, and operational controls.

Key responsibilities include preparation and execution of charge documents for all loan facilities; obtaining executed charge documents and securities from branches prior to DAC issuance; issuance of FOL/DAC for fresh, renewal, rescheduled, and restructured facilities; supervising custodians for physical custody of original securities and property documents; limit setup and disbursement/renewal processing after DAC issuance; maintaining complete DAC records and monthly reports; following up on documentation deficiencies flagged by audits; monitoring drawing power against hypothecation/pledge; and quarterly verification of insurance policies and mortgaged property valuations.

Candidates should hold a Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of credit procedures/policies, SBP regulations, core banking systems, and MS Office.
