Qualification Required
- Qualification:PhD (or equivalent professional experience) in any relevant discipline, with a strong track record of research, publications and/or consultancy relevant to higher education, organisational development, research environment or institutional change.
- Experience:Significant experience designing and leading research, institutional diagnostics, scoping studies or evaluation projects; undertaking literature/policy reviews and evidence synthesis; designing qualitative/quantitative/mixed-methods research; facilitating consultations with senior institutional leaders; analysing complex data into evidence-informed recommendations; preparing high-quality reports and policy briefs for academic and non-academic audiences.
