First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring a Unit Head for Enterprise Risk Management at Head Office, Karachi. The role develops and enhances the bank's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, establishes enterprise-wide risk policies and governance, and promotes a strong risk culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide risk identification covering strategic, operational, financial, compliance, reputational, and emerging risks; facilitating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA); maintaining the enterprise risk register and Risk Appetite Statement; monitoring compliance with risk thresholds and recommending corrective actions; coordinating regulatory examinations and liaising with internal audit, compliance, and regulators; carrying out credit risk reviews on loan samples; and formulating strategies to monitor credit risk ratings across the Corporate, SME, and retail portfolios.

Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, with 6-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management within the banking sector.
