The Department of Plant Sciences, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad has invited applications for Visiting Faculty to teach students of the BS Plant Sciences program in Fall Semester 2026. Courses span the 1st semester (Introduction to Environmental Science, Diversity of Plants, Functional English, Quantitative Reasoning-II, Applications of ICT, Understanding of the Holy Quran), 3rd semester (Plant Anatomy & Embryology, Islamic Studies/Ethics, History, Ideology and Constitution of Pakistan, Pakistan Studies), 5th semester (Bacteriology and Virology, Plant Systematics) and a 7th semester optional course (Edaphology & Soil Biology). This is a per-course, semester-basis engagement.

Candidates must hold at least an MPhil degree in the relevant field; preference will be given to PhD degree holders in the respective field, and teaching experience at the BS level is considered preferable.
