About This Job

WAPDA (Water and Power Development Authority) has invited applications from suitable, eligible candidates for a regular Regulation Jamadar post under the office of SE (Small Hydel Power Stations), Mangla. One vacancy is on offer at grade BPS-3, reserved exclusively for a candidate domiciled in District Gujrat. This role is part of a broader batch of four support-staff posts – Waiter/Bearer, Regulation Jamadar, Bus Conductor, and Chowkidar – advertised together for WAPDA's Small Hydel Power Stations office at Mangla, all administered through WAPDA's central testing partner.

Eligible applicants must have passed Matriculation; no additional work experience is specified for this post in the advertisement. The prescribed age bracket is 18 to 30 years, a figure that already incorporates the standard five-year general age relaxation; candidates from minority communities and those domiciled in District Mirpur (AJK) receive a further three years of relaxation, and government or WAPDA employees with at least two years of continuous regular service may receive relaxation of up to ten years. Only candidates domiciled in District Gujrat, matching the quota specified against this post, are eligible to apply. The written test will be conducted by Central Testing Services (CTS), with the subsequent interview held by WAPDA; those selected will serve an initial one-year probationary period subject to satisfactory performance before regularization.

Interested candidates must apply through the CTS website at www.ctspak.com within fifteen days of the advertisement's 20 August 2026 publication, after paying a test fee of Rs. 170 through Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB, or Bank Islami on the prescribed challan, or via approved banking apps directly into the CTSPAK account. A copy of the online submission, along with attested educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs, and the original fee challan, must be sent by post to the Central Testing Services office at 414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore. Applications received after the closing date of 4 September 2026 will not be entertained, and candidates are advised to regularly check www.ctspak.com for roll number slip and test schedule updates before the deadline.
