To be eligible, candidates must hold Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International); preference to candidates with professional qualification in Finance and Accounts i.e. MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA etc. and familiarity with AAOIFI accounting standards from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

Experience requirement: Minimum 08 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounts departments; preference to those with proficiency in Islamic banking finance, operations and pool management. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.

In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by ZTBL, and candidates must bring all original documents.
