Sarkari Jobs Pakistan is an independent, privately developed mobile application that aggregates publicly available government job vacancy information from official sources — including public service commission portals, official gazettes, government websites, and authoritative publications — purely for the convenience of Pakistani job seekers.

IMPORTANT: This App is NOT an official government application. It is not developed, operated, endorsed, authorised, sponsored, or affiliated with:

• The Government of Pakistan or any provincial government
• The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC)
• Any Provincial Public Service Commission (PPSC, SPSC, BPSC, KPPSC)
• Any government ministry, department, division, or attached department
• Any public sector or government-owned entity or corporation

Government names, logos, and marks appearing in job listings are used solely to identify the originating source of the job vacancy. Their presence does not imply any affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or approval by any government body.

2. Accuracy and Reliability of Job Listings

While we make diligent and continuous efforts to source accurate, current, and complete job listing information, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, timeliness, reliability, or suitability of any job listing, deadline alert, notification, or other information displayed in the App.

Job listings are subject to the following inherent limitations:

• Transcription errors: Typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur when job data is aggregated and formatted.

• Time delays: There may be a delay between a vacancy being published by an official source and its appearance in the App. This may cause application deadlines, eligibility criteria, and other critical details to be outdated at the time of viewing.

• Post-publication amendments: Government departments may amend, extend, cancel, or withdraw job advertisements after initial publication. Such changes may not be reflected in the App promptly or at all.

• Interpretation differences: Eligibility criteria, age limits, education requirements, domicile restrictions, gender quotas, and allowance details are based on our reading of official advertisements and may not capture every nuance or subsequent corrigendum issued by the recruiting department.

You are solely and entirely responsible for verifying all job details — including application deadlines, eligibility criteria, required qualifications, domicile conditions, fee structures, and application procedures — directly from the official advertisement or the recruiting department's official website before submitting any application. Reliance on App content without independent verification is entirely at your own risk.

Sarkari Jobs Pakistan and MU App Studio accept no liability whatsoever for missed deadlines, rejected applications, disqualifications, financial loss, or any other consequence arising from inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete information in the App.

3. No Employment Guarantee or Career Advice

Sarkari Jobs Pakistan is a job discovery and alert platform only. The presence of any job listing in the App, or the receipt of any push notification or alert, does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee that:

• You are eligible to apply for the advertised position
• Your application will be accepted, reviewed, shortlisted, or successful
• The recruitment process described is accurate, fair, or transparent
• The position will actually be filled or that recruitment has not been postponed or cancelled
• The employment terms, salary, or benefits described are accurate or final

The App does not provide career counselling, application assistance, interview coaching, or any form of professional employment guidance. All decisions regarding job applications are entirely your own responsibility.

4. Deadline Alerts and Push Notifications

Push notification alerts and deadline reminders are provided as a convenience feature only. We make no guarantee that notifications will be delivered to your device accurately, on time, or at all.

Notification delivery depends on factors beyond our control, including your device settings, network connectivity, battery optimisation configurations, operating system notification management, and the reliability of Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Do not rely solely on App notifications or deadline alerts as your primary or only method of tracking government job application deadlines. You must independently monitor all deadlines from official government sources and publications.

5. BPS Calculator — Educational Purpose Only

The BPS (Basic Pay Scale) Calculator feature is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Salary figures shown are based on publicly available pay scale data and standard allowance structures and may not reflect:

• The most recent government salary revisions
• Departmental or posting-location-specific allowances
• Individual deductions, taxes, or special pay conditions
• Revised allowance structures announced after the data was last updated

Do not use BPS Calculator output for any official, legal, financial, or contractual purpose. Always verify salary information with the relevant government department or an authoritative pay scale notification.

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed manually via EasyPaisa and JazzCash mobile payment platforms. We are not a licensed financial institution, regulated payment processor, or banking service.

All premium subscription payments are final and non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. We are not responsible for payment failures, failed transfers, incorrect transaction amounts, or funds transferred to incorrect account numbers due to user error.

Always verify the account number displayed in the App at the time of your transaction before making any payment. We shall not be liable for payments made to fraudulent or incorrect account numbers that were not officially published by us in the App. If you are unsure about any payment instruction, contact us at pak.gov.jobs.hub@gmail.com before proceeding.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, operate without errors or interruptions, or be free from viruses or harmful components. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance, software updates, server downtime, or causes beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

• Loss of premium subscription payments
• Device damage or data loss
• Any outcome of applying or not applying for a government position
