Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sarkari Jobs Pakistan ("App", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), a mobile application developed and operated by MU App Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and MU App Studio governing your access to and use of the Sarkari Jobs Pakistan application available on the Google Play Store and any associated platforms.

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or otherwise using the App in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use of the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Service. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully before using the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sarkari Jobs Pakistan, you represent and confirm that:

(a) You are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this App.

(b) You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding agreement.

(c) You are a resident of Pakistan, a Pakistani national, or have a legitimate interest in Pakistani government job listings and related information.

(d) Your use of the App does not violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international laws, regulations, or ordinances.

(e) If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, business, or government body, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access or use the App and remain in full force until terminated in accordance with these Terms. Your continued use of the App following any update, amendment, or modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Account" means the user profile and credentials created when you register with the App.

"App" means the Sarkari Jobs Pakistan mobile application, including all features, content, updates, and associated services.

"Content" means all text, images, data, job listings, graphics, notifications, alerts, and other information made available through the App.

"Official Sources" means government websites, official gazettes, public service commission portals, federal and provincial government publications, and other authoritative government sources from which job listing information is aggregated.

"Premium Subscription" or "Premium Plan" means the paid tier offering enhanced App features as further described in Section 9.

"User Data" means any information, data, or content that you provide, submit, or transmit to us, including account registration details, profile information, and payment information.

"Service" refers collectively to the App and all related services, features, content, and functionality provided by MU App Studio.

"BPS" means Basic Pay Scale, the pay grade classification system used by the Government of Pakistan for public service employees.

4. Description of the Service

Sarkari Jobs Pakistan is a mobile job discovery and alert platform designed to help Pakistani citizens find, track, and apply for government job vacancies. The App aggregates publicly available job listings from official government sources including but not limited to:

• Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC)
• Provincial Public Service Commissions (PPSC, SPSC, BPSC, KPPSC)
• Federal and provincial government ministries and departments
• Pakistan Railways, WAPDA, OGDCL, and other public sector organisations
• Official newspapers and gazette notifications

The App provides the following features and services:

• Browsing, searching, and filtering of current government job vacancies by province, department, BPS grade, education level, and gender
• Push notifications for new job postings, application deadline reminders, examination schedules, and result announcements
• Saved Jobs feature for bookmarking and tracking job vacancies of interest
• BPS Calculator for understanding pay scales and salary structures
• Profile management with personalised job matching based on education, domicile, gender, and preferred BPS grade
• Premium Subscription tier offering enhanced access, unlimited alerts, and an ad-free experience
• In-app notifications and deadline alert system

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice.

5. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full features of Sarkari Jobs Pakistan, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to:

(a) Provide a valid, active email address that you personally own and can access. This email will be used for account verification, password recovery, and important service communications.

(b) Choose a unique username that meets our requirements: minimum 3 characters, maximum 30 characters, using only letters, numbers, and underscores. Usernames may not impersonate government entities, official departments, or other users.

(c) Provide your full legal name as it appears on official identification documents.

(d) Create a secure password meeting our minimum requirements: at least 8 characters in length, containing at least one letter and at least one number.

You represent and warrant that: all registration information you provide is accurate, truthful, current, and complete; you will promptly update your information if it changes; you will not create an account using false information or on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent; you will not create more than one account per person — multiple account creation is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse account registration or suspend existing accounts at our sole and absolute discretion, including where we reasonably believe that: the information provided is false or misleading; the account is being used for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes; the username violates our guidelines or infringes third-party rights; the user has previously violated these Terms.

Username changes are permitted once every 30 calendar days. Frequent username changes may be subject to additional restrictions.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your use of the App and for all activity that occurs under your account. By using Sarkari Jobs Pakistan, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Permitted Uses: You may use the App to search for, browse, save, and track Pakistani government job vacancies; receive personalised notifications and alerts about job opportunities relevant to your profile; manage your account and profile settings; access premium features if you hold an active Premium Subscription.

Prohibited Conduct: You expressly agree NOT to:

(a) Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance, including but not limited to Pakistan Penal Code, Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), and any other applicable legislation.

(b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, its underlying servers, databases, systems, or networks.

(c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the App.

(d) Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar automated tools to extract, collect, or harvest data from the App without our express written consent.

(e) Post, upload, transmit, or share any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

(f) Impersonate any person, government entity, or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

(g) Use the App for any commercial purpose, advertising, or solicitation without our express prior written consent.

(h) Attempt to circumvent any access controls, security mechanisms, or technical restrictions implemented in the App.

(i) Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious or harmful software or code.

(j) Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or compromise our servers, networks, or the experience of other users.

(k) Collect, harvest, or process personal information about other users without their explicit consent.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

7. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

(a) Keep your password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.

(b) Use a strong, unique password for your Sarkari Jobs Pakistan account that is not used for any other online service.

(c) Log out from your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

(d) Immediately notify us at pak.gov.jobs.hub@gmail.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any security breach, or any suspicious activity.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your account and data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. All passwords are hashed using secure cryptographic algorithms and are never stored or accessible in plain text. However, no digital system is completely impervious to security threats and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account information.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or to comply with this section.

8. Content and Job Listings

All job listings on Sarkari Jobs Pakistan are sourced from publicly available official government sources and publications. We make reasonable and diligent efforts to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of job listing information, including application deadlines, eligibility criteria, required qualifications, and departmental contact details.

However, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or suitability of any job listing or any other Content on the App.

(b) Job listings may contain typographical errors, omissions, or may become outdated between the time of publication and your viewing.

(c) We are not responsible for any decisions — employment-related or otherwise — that you make based on information presented in the App.

(d) You must independently verify all job details, eligibility requirements, application processes, and deadlines directly from the official government source or department before submitting any job application.

(e) We are not responsible for missed job application deadlines due to inaccurate, delayed, or missing listing information on the App.

(f) The presence of a job listing in the App does not constitute our endorsement of or recommendation for that position, department, or government entity.

We reserve the right to add, remove, edit, or modify any job listing or Content at any time and without prior notice. If you discover an inaccuracy in a job listing, please report it to us at pak.gov.jobs.hub@gmail.com.

9. Premium Subscription

Sarkari Jobs Pakistan offers a Premium Subscription providing enhanced features including an ad-free experience, extended notification history, priority job alerts, and access to exclusive job categories.

Available Plans: Premium subscription plans are offered in various durations (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual) at the prices displayed in the App's Premium section. All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pricing is subject to change at our discretion with prior notice through the App.

Payment Process: Premium subscriptions are currently processed through manual payment via EasyPaisa or JazzCash mobile payment networks. To subscribe: 1. Select your preferred plan in the Premium section. 2. Transfer the subscription fee to our published EasyPaisa/JazzCash account number as displayed in the App. 3. Submit your transaction ID and screenshot of the payment confirmation through the payment form in the App. 4. Await manual verification by our team (typically within 24 hours on business days).

Activation: Your subscription will be activated within 24 hours of payment verification. You will receive an in-app notification upon activation. We reserve the right to decline activation if payment cannot be verified or if we detect fraudulent activity.

Non-Refund Policy: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. If you experience technical issues preventing access to premium features after activation, please contact us immediately at pak.gov.jobs.hub@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Subscription Duration: Each subscription is valid for the specific purchased period beginning from the date of activation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew and must be manually renewed by making a new payment before the expiry date.

Cancellation: Premium subscriptions are valid for the full purchased duration and cannot be cancelled mid-term for a refund. Upon expiry, your account will revert to the free tier automatically.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property in and relating to the App — including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interfaces, design, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and all original Content created by MU App Studio — is and remains the exclusive property of MU App Studio and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Pakistan and applicable international treaties.

Licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to: sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App; copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App or any of its Content; distribute, transmit, broadcast, or publicly display any part of the App without our prior written permission; remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You acknowledge that job listing information sourced from official government websites and publications remains the intellectual property of the respective government bodies. We aggregate, format, and present this information as a convenience service under applicable fair use and public information principles.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App or Service may be used by us freely and without any obligation to compensate you.

11. Third-Party Services

Sarkari Jobs Pakistan integrates with and relies on the following third-party services to deliver its features. By using the App, you acknowledge your use of these services and agree to their respective terms:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — Backend infrastructure, database hosting, and authentication services. Your account data is stored on Supabase servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google — Used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Google AdMob — Advertising platform serving banner and interstitial ads to free-tier users.
• Google Fonts — Typography and font rendering.
• EasyPaisa (Telenor Microfinance Bank) — Mobile payment processing for premium subscriptions.
• JazzCash (Jazz / Mobilink) — Mobile payment processing for premium subscriptions.
• Google Play Store — App distribution and updates.

Each of these services operates under its own independent terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices, content, availability, or privacy policies of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the applicable terms and privacy policies of each service provider.

The App may also contain links to external websites or resources not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, availability, or practices of any external websites or services. We do not endorse any third-party website, product, or service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

(a) THE APP AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

(b) WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE; ANY ERRORS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED; THE APP OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR CURRENT.

(c) IN NO EVENT SHALL PAK GOV JOBS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; MISSED JOB APPLICATION DEADLINES; EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS MADE ON THE BASIS OF APP CONTENT; PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE; ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

(d) OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MU App Studio and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees — including reasonable legal and professional fees — arising out of or relating to:

(a) Your violation or breach of any provision of these Terms.

(b) Your use of or inability to use the App, including any action taken by you in reliance on information provided through the App.

(c) Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or consumer protection laws.

(d) Any content, information, or data you submit, post, or transmit through the App.

(e) Any wilful misconduct, negligence, or fraudulent activity on your part.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

14. Termination

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the App and your account at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without cause, including but not limited to where we believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• Your conduct is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the Service.
• Continued provision of the Service to you is commercially or legally impracticable.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature available within the App under Profile > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your account data, saved jobs, and preferences will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason: your right to access and use the App ceases immediately; your account data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy; any active Premium Subscription will be terminated and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting us at pak.gov.jobs.hub@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute. We shall respond within 30 days of receipt.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 60 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Pakistan with competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of the dispute.

You acknowledge that any breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to MU App Studio for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and that we are entitled to seek equitable relief in addition to any other remedies.

16. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Modifications to the Service: We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App or Service — including features, content, design, availability, and pricing — at any time and at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Modifications to These Terms: We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through an in-app notification, a pop-up alert on next login, or by email to the address associated with your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the App and delete your account.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision or portion of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and MU App Studio with respect to your use of the App. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, negotiations, communications, and understandings between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
