Qualification Required
- Qualification:MS/M.Phil in Maths, Psychology, Education, Pakistan Studies/Literature, English Literature/Linguistics, or Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence, OR MBA (18 years)/MS/M.Phil in HRM/Project Management/Accounting & Finance - minimum 65% or 2.7/4 CGPA from an HEC-recognized Pakistani or foreign university.

How to Apply
- Register online at www.joinpaf.gov.pk between 22 July and 3 August 2026 (NADRA Smart Card required).
- Appear for Intelligence Test + Academic Test (relevant subject) via e-Testing at nearest PAF I&SC.
- Pass Initial Medical Exam, Interview, and Initial Physical Test at I&SC.
- Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the AHQ Selection Board; final selection by Air Headquarters in merit order.
- Foreign degree holders need HEC equivalence; all documents must be HEC-attested and reach Directorate of HR Induction, AHQ Peshawar Road by 5 March 2027.
