First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring Audit Officers for two positions: Management Audit at Head Office, Karachi, and Branch Audit based in Lahore. Both roles support the bank's Internal Audit function in providing independent assurance over departmental, divisional, and branch-level operations.

For the Karachi Management Audit role, responsibilities include conducting audits of Head Office departments/divisions, preparing audit reports and executive summaries independently, preparing quarterly summaries of significant credit/advances audit issues, maintaining audit working files for External Quality Assurance Review, assisting in the annual audit plan and budget, supporting fraud and forgery investigations, and validating subsidy and loss claims of government subsidy loans. For the Lahore Branch Audit role, responsibilities include conducting branch banking audits (with preference for candidates who have audited Regional Credit Administration, Business, or Operations offices), along with similar reporting and documentation duties.

Karachi candidates should be MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/ACMA qualified with at least 3 years of banking or audit-firm experience, or CA Finalists/Article-Completed candidates with at least 5 years of experience. Lahore candidates should be MBA qualified with at least 3 years of relevant banking experience.

Qualification Required

• Qualification:MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/ACMA qualified (or CA Finalist/Article-Completed) for the Karachi Management Audit post; MBA qualified for the Lahore Branch Audit post.
• Experience:Karachi (Management Audit): minimum 3 years banking/audit experience (or 5 years if CA Finalist/Article-Completed). Lahore (Branch Audit): minimum 3 years banking experience.
