Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring an Audit Specialist (Fin/Ops) to focus on financial stewardship, procurement integrity and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Manager Internal Audit, the role ensures that the Authority's governance, risk-management and internal controls operate effectively and comply with public-sector rules.

Key duties include executing integrated audits covering financial, operational and compliance domains; conducting independent financial audits to verify compliance with statutes, procurement rules and internal policies; and auditing contracting processes, SLAs and vendor performance to assess value for money. The specialist will prepare planning, execution and reporting files for financial and operational reviews, identify weaknesses in financial controls and procurement integrity, conduct audit interviews with management, prepare integrated audit reports for the Manager's and Director's review, follow up on management actions, and assist in internal investigations related to financial misconduct or fraud where required. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a relevant field, or be a qualified or finalist ACCA, CA or ACMA (with a minimum bachelor's degree for finalists), along with at least 4 years of pre- and post-qualification experience in internal or external audits; experience with a Big 4 firm is an advantage.
