Directorate General of Labour Welfare Balochistan under BPSC is looking to fill 3 Assistant posts on a permanent basis. This recruitment is open to both male and female candidates across Balochistan, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.

The position is classified under the BPS-16 pay scale, and the appointment terms including salary, allowances, and service conditions will be governed by the applicable rules of BPSC. Selected candidates can expect standard government benefits applicable to permanent posts at this grade level.

The posting will be at Merit (1), Kalat Zone (1), Zhob Zone (1). However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Directorate General of Labour Welfare Balochistan within Balochistan or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The posts have been distributed as follows: 1 open merit. Candidates applying under reserved quotas must provide supporting documentation at the time of application or during the interview stage to validate their eligibility under the relevant category.

Applicants must hold a valid balochistan domicile. Only candidates who can furnish a properly issued domicile certificate from the relevant district or authority will be considered eligible for this position.

Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Age note: General upper age relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Government of Balochistan for fresh candidates as well as government servants.

Educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University; AND Having at least three months Office Automation Certificate in Computer Operations from a recognized Institute.. Candidates are expected to have completed this qualification from a recognized institution. Original documents and attested copies will be required at the time of the interview.

Syllabus for the written test: Essay Writing: English (20 Marks), Urdu (20 Marks); Pakistan Affairs (40 Marks); Practical Test of Office Automation on Computer (20 Marks, only successful candidates of written test will be called). Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly according to the prescribed syllabus.

The selection process will include a Written. Only candidates who qualify in the test will be called for subsequent stages.

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 800. The fee must be submitted through the designated banking channels or online payment methods.
