Health Department has announced a recruitment drive for 10 Health Management Cadre posts on a permanent basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of BPSC.
This role carries a BPS-17 pay scale. Compensation and benefits will follow the standard government framework for permanent appointments, including all admissible allowances as per departmental rules.
The place of posting for this position is Zonal Allocation — Zhob Zone 01, Sibi Zone 01, Quetta City 02. Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of Health Department as assigned by the competent authority. Transfer and posting decisions rest solely with the department.
The posts have been distributed as follows: 2 women quota, 3 minority quota, 1 disabled persons quota. Candidates applying under reserved quotas must provide supporting documentation at the time of application or during the interview stage to validate their eligibility under the relevant category.
Eligibility is restricted to candidates with a all balochistan domicile. The domicile certificate must be issued by the competent authority and should be presented at the time of application or interview as required by BPSC.
Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.
Age note: General upper age relaxation up to 43 years granted by the Government of Balochistan for fresh candidates as well as government servants
Applicants must possess at least MBBS/BDS OR an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute; AND Be registered in Pakistan Medical Council; AND Master's Degree in Public Health OR Higher qualification in Public Health OR Health/Hospital Administration OR DMCH(Pb)/DHA(Pb)/M.Sc.(Community Eye Health) from a University recognized by HEC OR PMC from a university or board recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant accrediting body.
Syllabus for the written test: MCQs test in the relevant subjects Candidates are advised to prepare thoroughly according to the prescribed syllabus.
A MCQs will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
In addition to the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted by a panel appointed by BPSC, and candidates must bring all original documents.
An application processing fee of Rs. 800 (non-refundable) is required. The fee must be deposited through the prescribed mode of payment.
Original treasury receipt (Green Challan) required; deposit in State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan within Balochistan or an authorized Government Treasury under Head C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM FEE RECEIPT BPSC, incorporating the relevant RCO/District-wise code (available at www.bpsc.gob.pk)
