C&W Department KP is inviting applications from both male and female candidates for 8 vacant Junior Clerk posts within Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The appointment will be made on a permanent basis, and the recruitment is being carried out to fill operational needs within the department.

This role carries a BPS-11 pay scale. Compensation and benefits will follow the standard government framework for permanent appointments, including all admissible allowances as per departmental rules.

The place of posting for this position is Communication & Works Department, Peshawar. Candidates should be prepared to serve at this location or at any other place within the jurisdiction of Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as assigned by the competent authority. Transfer and posting decisions rest solely with the department.

The posts have been distributed as follows: 8 minority quota. Candidates applying under reserved quotas must provide supporting documentation at the time of application or during the interview stage to validate their eligibility under the relevant category.

Eligibility is restricted to candidates with a khyber pakhtunkhwa domicile. The domicile certificate must be issued by the competent authority and should be presented at the time of application or interview as required by C&W Department KP.

Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age as on the last date for submission of applications. Upper age relaxation may be available as per government rules.

Age note: Age relaxation admissible as per existing government rules. Posts reserved for Minority Quota.

Educational requirement: At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; and English typing speed of 30 words per minute.. Candidates are expected to have completed this qualification from a recognized institution. Original documents and attested copies will be required at the time of the interview.

The selection process will include a ETEA Screening Test. Only candidates who qualify in the test will be called for subsequent stages.

An interview will form part of the final selection stage. Only candidates who clear the written test and any preliminary screening will be invited. Candidates should bring original documents for verification.

Prescribed ETEA test fee (non-refundable) payable via Easypaisa or UBL; amount as per generated deposit slip.
