Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:Minimum 16 years of education; Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business, Education Leadership, Management Sciences, Public Policy, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills development experience also considered
- Experience:Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development; experience in higher education, government liaison, and strategic planning preferred; track record managing large teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects; proven funding acquisition and project management capability
- Age Limit:18–56 years (male), 18–56 years (female) — Upper age limit 56 years; government age relaxation rules apply as admissible
