About This Job

Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is recruiting five Cluster Leads for its Digital Health Innovation Lab to drive regional implementation of its programmes in assigned provinces and regions. The Cluster Lead builds local partnerships, adapts national initiatives to regional needs, coordinates on-ground activities, and ensures the Lab's impact reaches communities equitably across the country.

The role involves executing regional strategy and adapting national digital-health programmes to local contexts, challenges and opportunities, and building strong relationships with provincial health departments, hospitals, universities, NGOs and private-sector players. Cluster Leads will coordinate the implementation of pilots, training programmes, startup support and innovation activities within their cluster, feed regional innovation needs back to the national lab, and ensure provincial alignment with the national masterplan. They will monitor regional project progress, risks and impact, report to the central PMO and leadership, organise local workshops and capacity-building sessions, and travel across the country as required. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare management, development studies, business, economics, health informatics, information technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of programme-implementation experience in health projects or innovation roles at the provincial or regional level in Pakistan, plus strong stakeholder-management and networking skills.
