First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) is hiring a Compliance Officer at Head Office, Karachi (Grade OG-III/II), reporting to the Manager Compliance. The role is responsible for implementation of Prudential Regulations and KYC Policy across the bank's branch network.

Key responsibilities include correspondence with branches for rectification and consolidation of closed-account data on a half-yearly basis; monitoring and consolidation of the Top 100 Depositors' regular accounts annually; obtaining and reporting Currency Transaction Report (CTR) positions from all regions/branches via GoAML on a weekly basis; monitoring out-of-pattern transactions; compiling audit reports for review; preparing and evaluating reports on suspicious/unusual transactions; reviewing AML/money-laundering alerts; timely submission of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the SBP Financial Monitoring Unit; and reporting under CRS and FATCA obligations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, with 1-3 years of relevant compliance or branch banking experience and knowledge of prudential regulations.
